This last week has been a complex week. I don’t mean for me, but for my clients and students.  In other words, they pretty all have been doing kettlebell complexes and have loved/hated their training sessions with me. No wonder why, not only are complexes a great way to train, in that they build strength, work your heart, blast fat and so-on.  But that they also test your mental toughness and help you improve it as well.

This week’s workout is a gem of a complex and while keep you challenged as you do it.

Weekly Workout : An Intense Kettlebell Complex.

This week’s installment is done by doing the following for as many quality rounds as possible with two kettlebells, except for the swings.

10 cleans
8 front squats
5 walking see-saw presses
10 swings with one bell

Do all of the exercises in succession without resting. (So choose the right weight to do so.)

Enjoy this awesome workout and see you next for another installment of this series.

Once again we have your guidelines for success

  • Do all of your sets and reps with quality form. Crap only produces crap!
  • Breathe by matching your breathing with each pattern
  • Rest as much as you need to and no more.
  • Tough it out while working out ( keep in mind the results)
  • Enjoy the fat blasting effect  and raised metabolism.
