This Holiday season is an awesome time. It is a time of seeing family, friends and eating lots of food and cookies. For this reason, I decided to create this week’ s workout and name it the cookie demolisher.


This workout would be a nightmare for our dear friend the cookie monster. But for you it is a chance to lose fat, burn some calories and have a bit of fun as you train with this workout.

Weekly Workout: The Cookie Demolisher

A challenging workout involving your whole body and designed to blast fat, build conditioning and raise your metabolism for 18 to 36 hours after the workout. Helping you lose fat or at least maintain during this season of cookies and awesome food. Just don’t go too crazy as you enjoy the festivities and people.


This workout is done by doing on each side:

5 suitcase style lunges
3 racked lunges3 lunges to presses
10 one arm swings

Continue this for 10 to 15 minutes and see how many quality reps and rounds as possible during that time period.

AS ALWAYS HERE ARE YOUR GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESS:

 

  • Do all of your sets and reps with quality form. Crap only produces crap!
  • Breathe by matching your breathing with each pattern
  • Rest as much as you need to and no more.
  • Tough it out while working out ( keep in mind the results)
  • Enjoy the fat blasting effect  and raised metabolism.
