If your fitness goal is fat-loss, then you will have to first eat for fat-loss and second you will have do intense strength work and conditioning workouts. This desire also makes the body-fat that you want to lose your enemy! So prepare for this week’s workout that is a  Terrifying Trifecta For your Fat.

This week’s workout doesn’t require much thought to do, just good technique with lunges,rows and k.b. cleans with double bells for each.

Weekly Workout: The Terrifying Trifecta For Fat

This week’s workout is done by grabbing two sufficiently heavy bells and “going to town” with the three movements given. The numbers are 10 suitcase style lunges. 10 rows and 10 cleans for as many rounds as possible with good form for 10 to 20 minutes.

Men use two 16 kgs to 24 kgs Kettlebells

Women 2 8 kgs to 16 kgs Kettlebells

 

AS ALWAYS HERE ARE YOUR GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESS:

  • Do all of your sets and reps with quality form. Crap only produces crap!
  • Breathe by matching your breathing with each pattern
  • Rest as much as you need to and no more.
  • Tough it out while working out ( keep in mind the results)
  • Enjoy the fat blasting effect  and raised metabolism.
