This time of the year is awesome and I love the holidays very much. I have many reasons for this fact and I am sure that you do as well, that is if you love them like I do. It is sad though that many fit people don’t enjoy this wonderful season; due to the fact that they are afraid that the overeating of the season will keep them from getting to their goals. Let me see before you scream blasphemy that I am not talking about overeating all of the time; but exclusively on the wonderful Turkey day that we who live in the U.S.A. love.



It seems like in my influence, most people feel guilty during this time instead of enjoying the good food and the company of family, football etc. As you may know, one day of fun will not ruin your overall program and fat-loss. So enjoy yourself and eat till you are full, have fun with family and friends, enjoy the football games and so on. Don’t let a false perfectionism keep you from having fun and joy. Then on Friday get right back to work and disciplining yourself and working on your goals.
