Once again Mark and I took our kettlebell and fitness training show on the road to the giant hill of fitness progress and advancement. (it sounds like a higher learning center) (I am really killing it with these puns :p.) This workout was one that I used to do in the latter part of my fighting/boxing career. I had back and knees problems and wasn’t able to do my road work like I used to, thus I put together this wonderful workout and now want to share it with you!

Weekly workout:
The Holy Hill of a Workout

If you want to get leaner, more conditioned, defeat boredom and just burn off some stress, this workout is for you! It is an intense session of fat-loss and heart training goodness that will rapidly build  work capacity and a body that you want in no-time!

This workout is done by doing the following exercises in a row with little or no rest:

5 to 15 Hindu push-ups ( 5 if you just starting to do them. Remember proper movement must precede intensity.)
Sprint  up a hill or stairs
Walk back down

(Watch the video above for more information and how to do the workout)

The guidelines for success:

KIWK workout of the week- the drop down

  • Do all of your sets and reps with quality form. Crap only produces crap!
  • Breathe by matching your breathing with each pattern
  • Rest as much as you need to and no more.
  • Tough it out while working out ( keep in mind the results)
  • Enjoy the fat blasting effect  and raised metabolism.

So enjoy this workout friends and the fat blasting after effect that it will bring you as you train using this challenging combo.

Also as a gift to you; I want to share with you my free videos series on how to do the kettlebell swing,  Click here for it.
