Sometimes the best implements for training are naturally occurring. This week’s workout is one of them. Mark and I took our kettlebell fitness training on the road went to a local park and decided to use the holy hill of doom for our workout. Of course we are nice guys and decided to share our pain with you our friends and readers. Enjoy friends!

Your weekly workout:

The Hill To Success


A workout that will demolish the hill (lol) out of your fat and create a hill (see what I did there) of a body. This challenging time of training is done by doing:

10 kettlebell swings either 1 or two-handed
A bear crawl up the hill and down again
Keep this up for 10 to 15 minutes  or as long as your form will hold up.

The guidelines for success:

  • Do all of your sets and reps with quality form. Crap only produces crap!
  • Breathe by matching your breathing with each pattern
  • Rest as much as you need to and no more.
  • Tough it out while working out ( keep in mind the results)
  • Enjoy the fat blasting effect  and raised metabolism.



Choose a challenging kettlebell size to perform this workout.
Gals start with a 12kg or 16kg kettlebell.
Guys start with a 16 to 24 kg kettlebell.


So enjoy this workout friends and the fat blasting after effect that it will bring you as you train using this challenging combo.
