Kettlebell training offers so many different types of workouts and movements. Yet we can still train and not just exercise randomly, thus getting results. Although this week’s workout offers some variety it is not over variety.Some variety can be good at times to offer the body a different motion or different scheme to aid in our recovery. Today’s workout and order of exercises will do just that for you, all while burning fat and building some muscle.

This workout has our famous brand of simplicity but challenging workouts, that will burn fat and save you time to do more important things.

This workout is:

5 Deck squats. (follow the directions in the video) If you have a bad back follow the form that Pat does in the video.

5 two handed swings

5 high pull catches ( sing the bell to your chest)

Continue to do these movements for 10 to 20 minutes with good form.

The guidelines for success:

  • Do all of your sets and reps with quality form. Crap only produces crap!
  • Breathe by matching your breathing with each pattern
  • Rest as much as you need to and no more.
  • Tough it out while working out ( keep in mind the results)
  • Enjoy the fat blasting effect  and raised metabolism.

Choose a challenging kettlebell size to perform this complex. Gals start with an 8kg or 12kg kettlebell. Guys start with a 16 to 24 kg kettlebell.
If you find you are not being challenged, then bump up to the next size or if it’s too much scale down a kettlebell size. But remember – good form and common sense are mandatory!
