Just in case you haven’t figured it out by now: I am a big fan of kettlebell training. For many reasons such as efficiency, you can do more in less time with good programming. Also you can pretty much cover all of your needs in training just with intelligent programming and kettlebells.

It is a short, Sweet, Intense and highly effective Kettlebell workout primed to Banish Fat, Build Strength & Conditioning, Improve Posture, get you Lean and have you liking what you see in the mirror in no time.

Here’s the Workout:

5 Double Kettlebell Rows
5 Quality Pushups
Kettlebell Farmers Walk for time or distance.

These three exercises completed in succession is considered a round

Set the clock for 10 to 20 Minutes and do as many rounds as you can within this time frame.

The guidelines for success:

  • Do all of your sets and reps with quality form. Crap only produces crap!
  • Breathe by matching your breathing with each pattern
  • Rest as much as you need to and no more.
  • Tough it out while working out ( keep in mind the results)
  • Enjoy the fat blasting effect  and raised metabolism.

Choose a challenging kettlebell size to perform this complex. Gals start with an 8kg or 12kg kettlebell. Guys start with a 16 to 24 kg kettlebell.
If you find you are not being challenged, then bump up to the next size or if it’s too much scale down a kettlebell size. But remember – good form and common sense are mandatory!
