What happens when friends get together, it is always a good time and sometimes stories are born out of the events.( like the hangover movies). Now keep the friends, but make us all certified kettlebell instructors and you have what happened last Friday at our gym in South Jersey. Out of that meeting there were no drunken escapades( sadly! j/k) but a workout for the ages that will burn fat, build strength and carve you out of stone. Enjoy the pain friends we certainly did!

The Double fat Blaster

Super Intense Double Kettlebell workout primed to Banish Fat, Build Strength & Conditioning, Improve Posture, get you Lean and have you liking what you see in the mirror in no time.

Training with one Kettlebell with proper technique and programming is one of the best ways to skyrocket your fitness results to exciting levels, but learning how to properly train with two kettlebells will send those results off the charts and into a new galaxy!

Here’s the Workout:

1 Double Kettlebell Deadswing (kb hits floor dead stop)
3 Double Kettlebell Swings
3 Double Kettlebell Cleans
Kettlebell Farmer’s Walk
With heavy bells for POWER!

5 dead swings
10 two-handed swings
5  cleans
farmers walk for time or for distance
For conditioning

These four exercises completed in succession is considered a round

Set the clock for 10 to 20  Minutes and do as many quality reps and rounds as you can within this time frame.

As with anything worthwhile there are a few simple guidelines to follow to make this workout both safe and effective.

  • Do all of your sets and reps with quality form. Crap only produces crap!
  • Breathe by matching your breathing with each pattern
  • Rest as much as you need to and no more.
  • Tough it out while working out ( keep in mind the results)
  • Enjoy the fat blasting effect  and raised metabolism.
