The Squat Scorcher!

ImageToday’s Post will be simple and I guarantee that it will challenge you and give you something to overcome, while shredding fat off from your body! Are you looking for a challenging but simple program? or Are looking to destroy to destroy forever that last bit of  stubborn fat? IF so read on!-

If you know how to squat well and have two kettlebells this workout is for you! If you have not had a tough time training your legs lately, you will now!

The rules of this training are as follows:-

  1. Do this once a week at first, it will take that long to come back strong.
  2. Use anywhere from a 20 to 24 kg bells for men and 12 to 16 for the ladies
  3. All reps must be done with quality don’t “cheat” Cheaters never prosper and it will lead to movement dysfunction.
  4. Start off for 10 to 12 minutes  and then build it up.
  5. Remember to match to your breathing with the movement if you want any hope of finishing it!
  6. Enjoy the pain!
