“Are you sore? Good if you are sore it means you are stronger today.”  If this sounds like your trainer I have a suggestion for you. RUN !!! Trust me, you will thank me later.  How often do  we give credit to trainers when they make you so sore that you can’t even walk upstairs? You answered it; ALL THE TIME.  People are so quick to praise the instructors or trainers who can give you the most soreness in their workouts.  But shouldn’t we judge our trainers by the long term effects of the training? Yes!, conditioning can transform your body  and everyone should be striving to improve conditioning.  But conditioning without solid foundation or fundamentals wont last especially under stress.  It reminds me of an investment commercial on TV where two runners start out at the same time and one runner just takes off sprinting with improper techniques and…
