I love this picture! if you have ever seen the movie the water boy, you will recognize this picture and the part it happened in.However this post isn’t about that movie, rather it is regarding an important part of training, the mental game! How long have you been training for? Have you just started? If you have been working out for any period of time, you realize it is more of a journey than a one step thing. You may also realize that you will make mistakes and you will have workouts where you are not strong etc..
